Bankruptcy And Restructuring Counsel

Our client, a leader in complex corporate restructuring, is looking for a front-room, team-oriented, commercially minded, capable lawyer who fully knows how the Chapter 11 process works.

You will provide commercial legal counseling and risk analysis, support and training to your clients, and prepare and negotiate crucial terms for client, vendor, product, service and other contracts related to client service opportunities, strategic plans, and technology advances, while keeping up to date on precedents, relevant legislation and legal processes.

Must Have Skill Sets: MUST have at least a total of 5 years of in-house (or secondment) AND law firm experience with a focus on bankruptcy and restructuring.
Strong contract negotiation and drafting experience.
US Bar admission.
