Primary Purpose: Provides customers with exceptional service, handcrafted coffee and tea beverages and food, in a clean, comfortable and welcoming store environment.


Major Duties and Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly, personalized and professional manner Create and maintain a comfortable, clean and welcoming environment for coworkers and customers Prepare handcrafted, quality beverages and products by adhering to Tazza D'oro and SCAA standards Develop a deep knowledge and can speak on various store products, answer customers inquiries and make suggestions Complete special projects and other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Available to work flexible hours which may include; early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays An ability to multitask and problem solve An ability to work as part of a team with a positive, energetic and resourceful attitude Punctuality, reliability Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for hours at a time Occasional lifting of 5-25 lb.
boxes Education: High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills/ Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, in fast paced setting preferred.
Barista experience with demonstrated proficiency in coffee and espresso preferred.
