Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing them with personalized advice on hair extensions, products, and care. Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of She's Happy Hair's product offerings, including Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian hair, as well as the differences between raw and processed hair. Customer Education: Educate customers on proper hair care techniques to ensure product longevity. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and customers receive top-notch service. Store Maintenance: Assist with keeping the store well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, especially in the beauty or hair industry, is preferred. Product Knowledge:A strong understanding of different types of hair extensions and hair care is a plus. Sales Skills:Proven ability to achieve sales targets and a strong aptitude for upselling. Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and building customer relationships.
