The General Manager leads the team in delivering an elevated guest experience within the bakery, creating a fun, lively, and celebratory environment. They will deliver on success metrics based on the happiness of our team members and guests.
Leadership Attributes: Leads the team in building genuine guest connections and world-class hospitality to make days betterSupports and works in the kitchen and manages the production process to ensure quality products are deliveredManages all business goals (staffing (payroll), operating expenses, and budgets)Manages the development & training of all employeesEnsures proper safety procedures are being followed and maintains a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with the Excellence Log and health department standardsPossesses and demonstrates a "One team, One goal" philosophyUnderstands and creates partnerships with the community to grow the business and brandQualifications: 3-5 years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service, and/or retail industriesBachelor's Degree in business or hospitality management preferredAbility to work in multiple regional locationsAbility to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needsMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overheadAble to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
