What will you be doing?
The regional sales representative
prospects
and
qualifies leads
in assigned regions for our sales consultants. Looking for
telephone sales skills . Software sales (SaaS) and/or b2b sales area plus. Occasional travel to represent Transfinder at Regional or national conferences.
The Regional Sales Representative is a
highly motivated individual.
Transfinder is in a

The Regional Sales
Representatives have excellent communication
and
presentation skills
and a minimum of 1-3 years of
phone sales experience.
Software sales experience is a plus.
Prospect
and
qualify leads
in assigned regions for designated Sales Consultants
Schedule appointments
and
presentations
for Sales Consultants
Follow up on leads with Sales Consultants to close business
Assist sales force in reaching corporate goals, i.e. increasing the number of new clients and reaching quarterly revenue goals
Represent the company at regional and/or national conferences
What are we looking for
Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities
Ability to identify and contact decision makers and top management
Articulate and
courteous phone manner
combined with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
Ability to understand the value of Transfinder's products and services
Ability to
follow through
on all prospects and customer issues
Basic computer skills
1-3 years of
phone sales
Understanding and use of CRM software, such as CRM Dynamics or Salesforce
Good work ethic
and attention to detail
Professional manner
Organized and goal-oriented
Team player
with an entrepreneurial spirit
Salary $40,000 to $60,000
First year target earnings are $60,000 - $80,000. Top performers can make over $100,000.
Salary is established based on various factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job related knowledge, education and training, skills, and geographic location. These factors are taken into consideration during the employment offer process.
