Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish)

Our company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish) to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer their questions, recommend products, and resolve customer concerns.
You will also play a key role in achieving excellent customer service and meeting sales goals.
Provide exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Assist customers in person and over the phone, presenting appropriate products and services Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain work order files and formulas with precision Assist in maintaining presentable store areas and suggesting ways to improve sales Minimum Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish Able to retrieve material from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
