Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:30am - 7pm EST or 9am -5:30pm PST
Your Compensation: $20.69/hour plus a monthly bonus
What is the Career Development Rotation? First Help Financials Career Development Rotation (CDR) is a structured program providing our full-time, bilingual employees an opportunity to experience different roles in multiple departments within the company. It's a program that moves you across jobs every 12-16 months allowing you to gain exposure, develop new skills, and broaden your understanding of the company's business operations. Participants starting in Funding will rotate to Customer Service or Collections. About the Opportunity: First Help Financial, voted and certified as a "Great Place to Work" by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Funding department to accommodate our remarkable growth! The primary role of the Funding Associate will be ensuring loan packages received are worthy of becoming an asset for the company while providing high quality support to our dealer partners.
What you will do: Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Verify that all funding packages submitted by dealers meet FHF quality standardsConduct phone verification of personal references and employment information for prospective clientsVerify the veracity of all information provided during application process and funding processCollect and manage incoming faxes from dealershipsProvide constant updates to dealerships regarding the status of their funding packagesConduct final funding interviews with prospective clientsManage and support dealerships expectations and communicationAssist other funding associates whenever neededReport and discuss with Funding Manager any potential risk flags not previously knownWork with the rest of the funding team towards meeting FHF weekly/monthly targetsWhat you bring: Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives.Demonstrated historical career stabilitySpanish/Portuguese fluencyMinimum of 1 year in Banking or Auto lendingExcellent communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredWilling to work Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7pm ESTFHF Benefits: Great Perks – We offer generous salaries, competitive health and welfare benefits, paid vacation, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, quarterly social outings, monthly lunches, a robust employee recognition, and training development program to enhance your career with us.Culture - We are believers in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
