Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Bilingual Recruiter for our client. As a Bilingual Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent within the organization. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your bilingual skills and recruitment expertise while contributing to the growth of a well-established company. With a strong focus on talent acquisition, you'll have the opportunity to drive recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews in both English and Spanish to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify top talent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through strategic recruitment practices. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required). 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a high-volume environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus. Want to be notified of similar positions?
