Responsibilities
Bill all new and used car deals and post into accountingOrganize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completenessProcess pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institutionGenerate and maintain commission reportsRoute paid deals to the title clerk as soon as money is receivedProvide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
Qualifications
Ability to handle multiple tasksPrevious title experience necessary.Good social and interpersonal skillsStrong record of positive Customer Happiness resultsCollaborative and eagerness to improveProfessional personal appearance
