**Overview:** **Universal Engineering Sciences** (UES) has an opening in our Building Inspection Department. UES is a nationwide leader in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection, Building Code Compliance, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Building Envelope. As the **Blower Door Technician,** you will be responsible for working alongside the Building Inspection Department, conducting blower door testing. If you're reliable, have a good work ethic, and can cooperate with co-workers and clients respectfully, this is the position for you. **Job Responsibilities:** + Conduct blower door testing. + Conduct duct leakage testing. + Compile data and send client reports based on findings. + Eloquently communicate with clients and manage schedule. + Other duties may be assigned. **Required Qualifications:** + Valid Driver's License + Ability to load and unload equipment from a truck. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certification for Blower Door + Previous experience as a Blower Door Technician + Previous experience working in HVAC. **Who We Are:** UES provides essential engineering services for some of the most prominent and significant projects in the nation.
