Primary Duties of the ***** Enter and run accounts payables Monitor receivables Monitor bank accounts Sales Tax returns when due Complete payroll including quarterly & annual forms Maintain office files for record keeping Answer phones & transfer to proper party File specialized annual reports Travel research & booking Requirements of the ***** QuickBooks experience required Basic-to-Intermediate MS Excel proficiency Self Starter/Personality Highly organized and excellent prioritization skills required Must be able to work 100% in office Payroll experience highly preferred
