Job Summary:Serves as a Senior Compliance Risk Analyst within Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, Annual budgeting, Headcount tracking, Quarterly Multi-Year Multi-Scenario Forecasting (QMMF) while partnering with Finance counterparts on all expense initiatives.
This role isprimarily responsible for transforming complex financial data into clear, compelling, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability tosuccinctly summarize key financial insights for executive-level audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at making financial data accessible and engaging for non-finance stakeholders, helping to drive better business decisions through clear and compelling presentations.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
Summarize complex financial data into concise, clear, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with ICRM teams to gather and understand data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in presentations.
Design charts, graphs, and visuals to enhance data storytelling and improve comprehension.
Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and tone across all presentations.
Review financial reports, highlight key trends, and prepare executive summaries.
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, regulatory presentations, and internal briefings.
Maintain a repository of templates and presentation resources for the Business Execution team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.

Familiarity with corporate finance, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
Knowledge of presentation best practices and design principles.
Education:
Bachelor's degree; experience in Finance and Accounting, Technology, compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus; Advanced degree preferred.
