Brand Executive

The Brand Executive will assist the Brand Director on day-to-day account management duties including, but not limited to:
Managing ad/traffic deadlines
Creative/project change orders/work orders
Budget tracking & reporting
Ownership of job orders, conference reports and overall day-to-day client communications

The Brand Executive should be a passionate team player who will build strong relationships with internal cross-functional team members (creative, media, production), account and agency leadership and clients, while remaining attuned to the evolving needs of client and agency team members alike. This role will maintain daily contact with internal/external teams and plan job flow with the production manager.

Candidates MUST possess the following:
Responsible, dependable, detail oriented and MUST have a positive attitude
Good communicator and willing to work on more than one account
Handle multiple pieces of information, retain, report and execute deadlines on time
Motivates and inspires team members, celebrates the accomplishments of their team
Workload prioritization/time-management
Thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment

Experience:
5-8 years advertising/marketing experience, agency experience preferred
Self-motivated team player
Willingness to join a "work hard, wear many hats" culture
Experience in tourism, hospitality, resorts, and real estate development a definite plus
Digital Native marketing experience preferred
Digital project management including display units and digital video content experience a plus
Experience in Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or the like, building and sending emails using existing templates, a plus.
