Universal Engineering Sciences is seeking a motivated individual with experience in any of the following categories:

- Architectural Design (not required to be a licensed architect)

- Design Review

- Building Plans Examiner

- Building Inspection

- Business Development and Management

Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing the growth and development of the Building Sciences Department in Las Vegas, NV.
Management, client development, and relationship building with new and existing clientele.
Support for inspections and reviews for the Building Sciences Department.
Supporting other departments within the Western Region.
Accounts receivable, managing and training Project managers, and working with Branch Manager on goals and initiatives for the department.
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience performing design or design review, project management, plan review, and site inspections.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture Design or Construction Management.
Licensed ICC Plans Examiner.
Licensed ICC Inspector in Multiple Disciplines.
