Job Description
The Business Analyst I will provide system usage support, end user training, document change requirements and technical specifications, execute unit and/or peer unit testing, support integration testing, and provide post-production release support. The Business Analyst I will be involved in training, business analysis, interacting with stakeholders, highlighting issues/risks and continually improving processes. All of these activities support our Value-Added Processing Operations and Steel Service Centers with a focus on Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business activities.
Qualifications:
3 years in a steel processing facility or bachelor's degree with a business focus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Demonstrated ability to solve critical problems in a timely manner within a complex business system environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
Exhibit individual commitment to remain current with changes or development in technology as it relates to assigned tasks
Ability to travel throughout the continental United States, about 35%
