Overview of the Organization:
The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is home to deeply talented colleagues that work to ensure the safety of Citi's clients', our revenue, our employees and our proprietary data. We manage information security as one end-to end program – one with a clear mandate and accountability. Our mission is a program that is fully anchored to modern control and architectural frameworks, is fully aligned with the enterprise architecture of the firm and is deeply integrated into the sectors and functions.
The Business Analyst (Former GIAM (Global Identity Access Management) Operations) is a global organization within CISO (Chief Information Security Office) with 700+ staff located across the globe. The Business Analyst (Former GIAM Ops) manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employee / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. ISA Service Delivery (Former GIAM Ops) works in partnership with CISO to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business driven technology projects related to information security issues.
This position is responsible for supporting the various local ISA Service Delivery (Former GIAM Ops) Teams and their management in attending ad-hoc projects and fulfilling administrative, reporting and project related task as described below. This position requires the individual to operate within team environment and work closely with other groups within the business throughout TI (Technology Infrastructure), while representing the ISA Service Delivery (Former GIAM Ops) team locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication related tasks:
Exchange potentially complex/sensitive information
Create and maintain distribution list for all who report under their vertical lead.
Maintaining IAM Global Process Owner (GPO) & IAM ISA Service Delivery San Antonio Collaborate / SharePoint sites, uploading relevant information, sharing useful contents.
Prepare presentations for management meetings / ad-hoc projects as required.
Management assistance:
Assist GPO Head and San Antonio Site Head to lead the employee engagement activities and liaise with business and site champions to manage action plans against VOE initiatives.
Provide assistance on preparing ad-hoc / daily / weekly / monthly reports.
Assist with collecting updates from the Site on any significant business accomplishment, process improvements, events.
Tracking all the data in connection with medical checkup, grade changes, mandatory leave / training (ISA Service Delivery and Citi related) requirements.
Headcount management related tasks:
Assist in general onboarding process for new colleagues.
Take part in contractor hiring process (Non-Employee Staffing Office first point of contact, assist in setting up interviews)
Provide full support in headcount tracking, opening replacement requests in Renault, then monitoring them
Assist in Workday requisition openings / interview scheduling for hiring managers if required.
Achieve 100% accuracy in updating and submitting Org Charts for Global Process Owner (GPO) and ISA Service Delivery San Antonio Vertical.
Event support:
Provide admin support of local and global Town Halls & BOW (i.e. presentation deck, agenda planning, room setup)
Be familiar with Video & Non-Video conference rooms and equipment at their locations.
Organizing Town Halls, VOE Open Forums and Roundtable meetings
Assist the management team with room setup / catering for senior meetings.
Provide admin support of visitors (i.e. presentation deck, agenda planning)
Administration related task with ISA Service Delivery & Global Process Owner (GPO) moving (maintain floor plans)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher desired or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience.

Must be confident, professional, energetic, and organized.
