Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Alliance Pointe has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst for the support of the FMCSA Office of Policy, Strategic Planning, and Regulations in rulemaking and policy development efforts.
The Business Analyst shall be aware of, understand, and abide by the U.S. Department of Transportation FMCSA established policies, regulations, and safety practices.
This is a REMOTE position with occasional meetings at the FMCSA office.
Responsibilities: Assist with identifying process improvementsAssist with program evaluations and provide technical writing support prior to publishingSupport development of the Annual Performance ReportSupport communication efforts to disseminate information regarding FMCSA programs throughout the agencyProvide reports and briefs for senior leadershipProvide trend analysis and studiesDocument standardized processes and proceduresProvide consulting and training in all areas for execution within the agencyProvide guidance and support to our FMCSA team membersSupport research efforts and literary studies related to Program EvaluationsOther tasks to be specified on the individual Call OrderJob Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related fieldAbility to pass a background checkExperience with evaluating programs for improvement opportunitiesExperience analyzing and presenting qualitative and quantitative data to support findings and recommendations in project reports
