The Work: Leads and implements organizational change and standard Methodology practices at the organization or team level.Establishes and implements consistent ways of working across an organization in alignment with Accenture Methodology (such as predictability, value delivery, team health, and program health).Utilizes metrics and regular health checks to identify and solution for areas where the organization would benefit from focused attention.Coaches leaders on metric and goal setting strategies that drive good team and organizational behaviors: predictability, commitment, quality.Leads and influences a culture of servant leadership, collaboration, accountability, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement through coaching.Designs and facilitates Methodology training for all levels of the organization and for all team positions.Coaches leaders on organizational structure to ensure that teams are set up to maximize effectiveness.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
