Job Description Business Category Leader- Image Guided Therapy, Peripheral Vascular The Business Category Leader for IGTD Peripheral Vascular is globally responsible for the strategic commercial success of the Business Category including creation of new platforms/business model innovations, growth of the portfolio, and lifecycle management.
Your role: Responsible for developing a winning Business Category Strategy & Roadmap, aligned with the Business Priorities with a focus on NPIs and ''go to market'' models.
Supports the Business Leader and the Business Development Managers in the BMC planning and executes against agreed Category BMC deliverables and enablers Manages key elements of the Bus.
Collaborative P&L managed on controllable items.
Drives Category financial performance by ensuring the right strategic price setting and provides the pricing input for the line chart process to the Business Development Manager, cost- and feature competitiveness underpinned by business cases.
Accountable for key cost and quality metrics of the Business Category and aligning respective functions (e.g.
Finance, ISC, Quality & Regulatory, Procurement, etc.).
Leads the Business Category team of Product Managers, Solution / Proposition Development Managers, and Category Projects/Program Managers, ensures the right talent in the team Leads creation of Business Category Value Propositions based on deep consumer insights and validate through Consumer/customer testing framework and ensures consistency throughout all deliverables, and develops relevant enablers for Markets to enable revenue and profitability targets Accountable for the end-to-end success of NPIs as per the VPC & PDLM process incl.
concept feasibility testing, market development, launch readiness, execution and market adoption in partnership with Business Development Managers and key markets.
Drives consumer/customer preference and satisfaction (R&R/NPS) through the integration of feedback into innovation roadmap, improvement activities and quality improvement initiatives You're the right fit if: 15+ years working in senior business management roles in med tech/med device company 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional matrixed teams Strong entrepreneurial skills, energy and excellence in the execution to her/his work Strong leadership and collaboration skills An execution-focused individual who can project manage and own processes with rigor in execution & drive for excellence A team player with a track of record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact and results through others Analytical data-driven and problem-solving skills Approximately 15% of travel required How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $183,000 to $315,000.
The pay range for this position in California is $196,000 to $336,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
