RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Business Consultant. This position is responsible for the execution of email campaigns supporting marketing. Duties will include HTML coding of emails and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder email templates and components, processing and uploading lists, QA testing of emails and executing email sends.
Responsibilities:
Creating and sending emails on behalf of various business units
Managing targeting lists in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and performing quality assurance processes on each list
Document requirements needed for projects and processes within the email space
Assist with small projects related to digital messaging
Provide ad hoc reporting as needed
Analyzing deliverability data and identifying potential issues
REQUIREMENTS:
Typically, 5 or more years working experience in an email production environment
Skills should include HTML and CSS development for email (this is not the same as web), experience in one of the top email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Cheetah Mail, MailChimp as examples)
Proven knowledge in HTML across multiple email clients and platforms
Experience with an enterprise Email Service Provider required
Proven knowledge of software programs on PC windows computing platform such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Visio
Ability to understand and develop business requirements in regards to email and content management
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to prioritize and schedule production requests
Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
Ability to analyze and resolve publishing/production issues
SFMC/Content Builder experience preferred
Experience working in Workfront, Litmus, Excel and Adobe CS Suite desired
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
