Job Summary
Change manager is responsible for managing and delivering OCM/HR transformation projects to schedule, budget and quality. The role requires excellent knowledge of coming up with Change Management Strategy, Change Management Framework and strategy, Change management plan, Resistance management and Training. Also expected to manage such projects end to end and understanding on project management inter-related process stages i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management. Change Manager must have proficient stakeholder relationship management skills and influencing skills to successfully lead and deliver the project team and project stakeholders.
Client Responsibilities: Independently work with client stakeholders and deliver:Change Management StrategyChange Management FrameworkChange management planResistance management and planChange related Trainings and planning as per the scheduleTraining need identificationChange rollout readiness assessmentChange Impact assessmentCommunication planChange readiness assessmentStakeholder management assessment plan and engagement planExposed to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkitsSuccessfully execute the project to agreed schedule, budget and scopeEngage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriatePerform the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder managementShould be able to diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involvedShould be able to lead and manage the entire change as project with reportingShould be able to design and plan trainings for the stakeholders involvedShould be able to design and plan, communicate effectively throughout in the entire change cycleStrong and proven networking skillsAbility to influence and draw consensusSkills Requirements OCM Certified from PROSCIPMP / Prince 2 CertifiedBusiness Process ManagementProven previous experience in interacting with Senior members of Ministry, CTOs, COOs, with internal Partners etc. is a mustBusiness Process Improvement experience – Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified -desirable)Hands on experience in any of the industry leading BPMN toolsIndustry experience – anyone or combination of Government, Healthcare, retail, telecom, oil and gas, BSFI, airlines, manufacturing, food and beverages etc.Extensive experience in End-to-End Project Management – preferably in strategy and business10 plus years of relevant experience in a Business / Corporate IT environmentExperience in leading Change management in major and complex IT transformation projectsExperienced in working with global teamManagement skills to manage a number of projects simultaneouslyExperience in understanding customer strategy, services and business processesBusiness Analytics knowledgeStrong team working skills across matrixes - client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills (including negotiation)Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writingTeam playerGo getter and result orientedShould be able to work with minimal direction or supervisionOpen and flexible for any given work environmentReady to travel on short notice
