Regions Financial is seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Research and Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and strategic partners. Analyze competitors and industry trends to develop actionable insights that support business objectives.

- **Lead Generation:** Assist in generating new leads through various channels, including networking events, social media, and email campaigns. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and follow up on leads effectively.

- **Client Engagement:** Work closely with the sales team to prepare for client meetings and presentations. Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and communicate how Regions Financial's solutions can meet those needs.

- **Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional business.

- **Support Sales Initiatives:** Collaborate with the sales team in the execution of strategies to achieve quarterly and annual business goals. Participate in the development of marketing materials and presentations.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Internships or relevant academic projects may be considered.

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
