Rotary Recovery is seeking a Business Development Liaison for their substance use treatment program in Northbrook, IL for adults (18+).

Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase patient volume.
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as compiling and analyzing competitive data within assigned geographical regions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and create lasting relationships.
Submits timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans and quarterly strategic sales plan updates.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred in either Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in substance use treatment or behavioral health; One year of experience in substance use treatment required.
