Learn more about us: Location: New York, NY Start Date: Fall 2024 As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence and driving revenue growth in the U.S. market. What you will do Business Expansion Identify and establish new revenue channels, including partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and other potential business collaborators. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, high-net-worth clients, and industry influencers. Sales and Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging networks and new business opportunities. Develop sales initiatives that align with Tania Bulhões' mission and growth objectives. Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to support product launches, events, and brand activations. Trade Program Build strategic relationships within the design community, providing tailored offerings and services to meet their project needs. Facilitate Trade-specific sales initiatives and events, ensuring strong representation of Tania Bulhões products in prestigious design projects. Showroom Management Oversee the operations of the New York showroom, ensuring it reflects the brand's luxury standards. Lead a team responsible for managing the showroom and ensuring optimal client experience. Performance Monitoring Set KPIs and regularly report on sales performance, revenue growth, and business development activities. Adjust strategies based on sales insights and market feedback, working collaboratively with the team to optimize results. What you bring Based in New York—available to manage the showroom and business development activities in person. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or luxury retail management. Proven track record of establishing successful partnerships and business ventures. Strong understanding of the US luxury retail market, particularly in the homeware and tableware sectors. Experience in managing Trade programs and building relationships with architects and interior designers. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive and ownership of business results.
