WORK EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of BDR or Sales experienceSaaS, MarTech, or Marketing experienceQUALIFICATIONS Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar roleHands-on experience with multiple Outbound sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreachTrack record of achieving sales quotasExperience working with SFDCFair understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsPrevious Experiences with Zoom Info and Sales Force are a differentialRESPONSIBILITIES Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesQualify leads from self service sign upsContact potential prospects through cold calls and emails (Outbound)Present our company to potential prospectsIterate and experiment with our messaging and pitchIdentify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives, though an Outbound playbookUse discovery meetings to qualify prospectsConnect current customer use cases to potential prospects' use casesBe capable of short product demosParticipate in product feedback sessionsCHALLENGES YOU'LL FACE Arena is a Series A startup which is in the very early stages of developing a Partnership motion. You should expect some challenges related to early GTM and product market fit. However, this is also an opportunity to help influence the early strategy of our team and company. You will be asked to participate in projects and exercises that are beyond the scope of most SDR and sales positions. These can include strategy sessions, analyzing past performance, and developing experiments to test.
