Overview EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Business Development Representative in our growing Commercial Imagery Sales Team. In this role you'll identify and develop new business through outbound prospecting efforts within a specific industry. Your efforts will aid in the development of pipeline growth and sales throughout the vertical. Partnering with Inside Sales and Account Managers, the Business Development Representative is an integral part of our Sales Team.
Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online research, networking, inbound inquiries)Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage prospective clientsQualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing alignment with company products or servicesSet appointments and coordinate meetings for senior sales representatives or account executivesManage and maintain an active pipeline of leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-upsStay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to uncover business opportunitiesCollaborate with sales teams to align outreach efforts and refine messaging strategiesProvide regular updates and reports on key performance indicators (qualified leads, meetings set, conversion rates)Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions within the CRM Qualifications Prospecting skills, cold calling, B2B sales experienceAbility to multi-taskExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with internal colleagues and customers in a professional team-oriented wayStrong qualification skills, the ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions and solve problemsA passion for working in a fast-paced, deadline and goal-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office programsA drive for results and a motivated spirit Preferred Experience 1-2 years' experience in a sales, business, or entrepreneurial roleExperience with working with Salesforce or similar CRMs This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that a workforce member in this position may be asked to perform. This is a hybrid, full-time position with a compensation range of $18.00 to $21.63/hr. and commission eligible targeted at $10,000 per year, based on experience. We want to reward your hard work, so our commissions are uncapped.
