\n What You'll DoRespond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner. Provide accurate product and service information and assist customers in navigating available options. Generate and provide custom quotes based on customer specifications and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by offering tailored solutions to their needs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer orders are processed smoothly. Resolve customer issues or concerns in a positive, efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Track customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communications and transactions. Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies to effectively assist customers. What You Need2-3 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role (experience with inbound sales is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage customer data effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce or similar). VOIP Phone Software Experience a plus (RingCentral Platform). Positive, customer-first attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a business development or sales support role. Familiarity with quoting systems or pricing tools. Previous experience in an industry-related environment (e.g., technology, manufacturing, or services).
