We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Services_AME team in the United States.
Your main tasks and responsibilities: Business Opportunity Identification: Analyze internal and external data to identify potential business opportunities and generate high-quality sales leads.Market Insights: Provide independent market perspectives to support the overall commercial strategy, including refining market models and analyzing market share evolution.Quantitative Analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis of customer behavior and market trends to inform decision-making.Customer Segmentation: Implement customer segmentation and prioritization strategies to devise targeted campaigns based on operational insights.Automation and Analytics: Identify opportunities for automation and advanced analytics, assisting in the implementation of commercial technologies and tools.Digital Marketing Support: Support digital marketing campaigns and prepare sales materials, contributing to the enhancement of data quality and consistency.Incentive Program Design: Assist in designing incentive programs for customers and employees, analyzing process issues, and proposing improvements.Commercial Planning Support: Facilitate reporting, forecasting, and commercial planning, and support the implementation of strategic sales initiatives.Sales Excellence Initiatives: Liaise with internal teams to effectively deploy sales excellence initiatives and collaborate with global teams to share and implement best practices.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, ensuring alignment with business objectives. To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in business or market analysis or a related field.Rotating Equipment, Manufacturing, or related industry experience preferred.Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Microsoft Office).Familiarity with statistical analysis and quantitative modeling techniques.Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and commercial technologies.Knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques is a plus.
