Who you are - Business Intelligence Developer

You are a dynamic, detail oriented, intuitive person with the ability to develop relationships, build rapport and become a trusted team member.

What you'll do Develop, design, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to meet user needs Interpret financial data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and system goals Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Work closely with the IT department to advocate for data governance and quality Train and support staff in using PowerBI reports to drive business decisions Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or related / relevant work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services with a demonstrated proficiency in PowerBI specifically Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc.
), and programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks) Proven ability to drive business results through data-driven insights and analysis Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Relevant certifications such as Microsoft PowerBI Developer, or equivalent, are a plus Banking / credit union experience a major plus Tableau and other BI tool experience (Qlik, etc.)
