Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a highly motivated and strategic Business Systems Manager on behalf of our client, a professional services firm The Business Systems Manager will oversee the firm's IT systems, manage ERP software relationships, and implement cutting-edge IT solutions to enhance business performance.
This role is key in leading IT projects, ensuring system security, and providing training across departments.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
This is a full-time direct hire position based out of Marietta, GA .
What they offer: $110K - $120K (DOE) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 12 Paid Holidays Profit Sharing Monthly bonuses 401K with 3%-5% match What you will be doing: Managing relationships with IT ERP software suppliers or outsourcing companies to ensure effective service delivery and software development.
Researching and recommending new technologies to improve overall business operations.
Ensuring the security of the firm's IT systems and maintaining software cost and license management.
Preparing and updating the firm's IT strategy, with regular presentations to management.
Leading IT projects, from software selection and specification creation to implementation, testing, and user training.
Collaborating with internal departments to assess technology needs and offer solutions.
Developing and maintaining an IT procedures manual and producing user-friendly training guides.
Providing training on IT ERP systems, departmental software, and Microsoft Office packages to new staff.
What you will need: .
Proven project management experience in IT/technology system implementations.
Hands-on experience managing ERP systems, whether in-house or outsourced.
Experience working in professional services firms is a plus.
