\n POSTION SUMMARY The Inventory Associate is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse and inputting data Inventory into Excel and other systems. This role involves various tasks, including inventory management, data entry, material handling, and operating warehouse equipment, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting. ABOUT YOU Someone who has intermediate Excel and systems skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Motivated to grow within the warehousing and logistics industry. Enjoy hands-on work and have strong hand-eye coordination; any mechanical experience is a plus. A self-starter who collaborates well with others and actively seeks solutions to challenges. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 70% of the position includes inputting data into Excel, counting inventory and problem solvingCount and manage inventory on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and availability.Input daily/weekly Inventory in excel SpreadsheetProblem solving any inventory concernsAssist with cycle counts and audits as needed to ensure inventory accuracy.Labeling of product and racking as needed. 15% of the position includes material handling Receive, handle, move, and organize materials and products safely within the warehouseProcess incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols (certification training will be provided as needed). 15% of the position includes assisting in all departments as deemed necessaryAssist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals. You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment. Rooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at times. Kneeling, squatting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, walking, pivoting, standing (all expected activities) Plant pollen is present on surfaces and in the air, extraction fumes may also be present. *NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout building. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
