About the role: As Capital Markets & Treasury Lead, you will oversee Kyte's financing, liquidity, and cash management. You will be fully responsible for the complex asset-backed credit facility that funds Kyte's fleet, including reporting, compliance, and lender relationships, as well as corporate debt facilities and cash management across Kyte's various entities. You will optimize Kyte's overall capital structure, and support on sourcing and negotiating future debt and equity financing for Kyte, reporting directly to Kyte's CFO and working closely with its CEO.
\n What You'll DoManage Kyte's $250M fleet financing facility, including the relationships with our lenders. Own all credit operations, including borrowing and monthly reporting, working closely with the Fleet teamManage cash and liquidity across Kyte's numerous entities (incl. Vehicle SPV and Insurance Captive) and banking providersSupport debt and equity capital markets transactions, working closely with the CFO and CEOWork with FP&A and cross-functionally across the organization to forecast Kyte's balance sheet, cashflows, and liquidityOwn monthly fleet and liquidity reporting for Kyte's board, investors, and managementDevelop materials and present Kyte's story to potential investors or lendersStep-in whenever needed for broader strategic fleet and finance projects (e.g., insurance captive strategy and management, IPO readiness, working capital optimization, fleet strategy) RequiredMinimum of 5 years working experience, with some experience in structured finance, credit operations, treasury, or a similar roleFamiliarity with asset financingBachelor's degree preferably in finance/economics or another STEM-focused fieldStrong financial modeling backgroundStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work autonomously PreferredExperience with automotive financeExperience in a startup environmentExperience in operating role
