QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior populationMust have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute client care plans and document daily activitiesAssist clients with activities of daily livingProvide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeepingProvide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship REQUIREMENTS: Schedule: Consistent and flexible shiftsExperience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Agency officeClient homesSkilled, Independent and Assisted Living Communities JOB RELATIONSHIPS: Supervisor: Executive Administrator PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift 50 lbs.
