Case Manager, Special Processes

KARL STORZ is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Processes Case Manager to ensure accurate and efficient management of customer master data.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:


Manage customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards
Create, review, and approve new customer account requests and maintain existing accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer master data management
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders


 

Requirements:


5+ years of combined experience in customer service and account management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in computer applications and general office equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


 

Preferred Qualifications:


2+ years of customer data experience, with experience working with master data and SAP MM applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well under deadlines and in a multi-tasking production environment
