Our team is based out of our Bellevue office, but we often spend time in our other Seattle-area offices (Kirkland, Mercer Island, and Seattle).
We have a hybrid work environment (in office two days a week) and work 7:00am - 4:00pm minus lunch daily.
The Centralized Client Service Manager reports to the Director of Client Service.
Specific responsibilities include: Onboard and train all new client service team members in Client Service Associate tasks Provide Salesforce training to all new team members who will be using the CRM Assist the Director in assessing the effectiveness of our current training curriculum and delivery methods; suggest and implement potential improvements Manage, coach, mentor, and/or develop Client Service Associates and summer interns Oversee the Centralized Client Service task queue, including utilizing tasks to train new CSAs and completing or assigning tasks to ensure quick, accurate, exceptional client service Facilitate CCS team meetings and cross-departmental meetings, including drafting agendas and creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations Collaborate with other departments to complete projects that impact the larger client service group across all wealth management teams, such as: Investigating and documenting custodian updates and technology enhancements Updating CRM processes Documenting best practices Creating and distributing training materials in writing, video, or live meetings Assist with the administrative aspects of alternative investments Serve as subject matter expert regarding client service processes and best practices, including answering ongoing questions, troubleshooting, resolving issues, providing guidance regarding complex scenarios, and ensuring consistency across all wealth management teams Experience and Skills We are looking for a candidate who has: 5+ years of client service experience in the wealth management industry (preferably in an RIA) Supervisory experience is preferred Experience with Fidelity and/or Schwab strongly preferred; Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac is a plus Series 65 and the FPQP or first module of the CFP are preferred (or willingness to get them within the first 2 years of employment) A Bachelor's degree Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Job Benefits Benefits

In terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team.
Base pay typically starts between $85,000 to $105,00 annualized plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package, but it can be higher for candidates with additional experience.
