Based in Cambridge, they focus on research and innovation, delivering cutting-edge antibody solutions to therapeutic companies.
Job Description Direct and oversee all aspects of the organisation's operational and fiscal activities.Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals.Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.Ensure the organisation's compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.Represent the company in industry events and public meetings.Drive the company's mission, vision, and values across all levels of the organisation.Create a culture that promotes innovation and excellence.Guide the company through stages of growth and development.The Successful Applicant A successful CEO should have:
An advanced degree (PhD, MD) in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.A tenure in the Life Science industry and its current trends.
