CEO/MD (Advanced AUS Project) – Rock PeopleA listed explorer with a diverse Australian portfolio of precious, base & critical metals, who are sharpening their focus on advancing their flagship project (the best of its kind in the country), seek to appoint a new CEO/MD for the next transformative growth phase.
As CEO/MD, you'll be responsible for advancing their key project towards production via successful navigation of mining approvals, study optimisation, financing and FID. In parallel, you will oversee continued aggressive exploration on the company's diverse portfolio, evaluate M&A and other growth opportunities, stakeholder engagement and successfully promote the company's compelling investment proposition.
This pivotal executive appointment can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide, with ad hoc travel as required. An attractive remuneration package including lucrative incentives is offered.
As the ideal candidate, you are a c-level mining executive with a successful track record leading Australian greenfields base or precious metals development projects (tertiary qualifications in mining engineering will be advantageous). You will be proficient in corporate development and project optimisation, with demonstrable experience navigating project approvals, finance, tendering & contracts and ops readiness.
