PsychPros, Inc. is currently recruiting for a well-respected, mid-sized non-profit in the Cincinnati area. We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and creative CEO that will lead a team of dedicated professionals in moving towards company growth.

In this CEO role, you will be responsible for upholding the organization's mission while overseeing the overall operation and conservation of the company's financial assets. The CEO will provide leadership and guidance in policy implementation, be forward-thinking in anticipating community needs, and seek alliances with both community leaders as well as various government agencies in order to assure continued care for the community served.

Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of executive level experience including overall operations, capital campaigns, and donor relations. This position reports directly to a board of directors.
