Positions Available: Hourly Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant: Enjoy flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and weekend options. Live-In Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant: Provide continuous care by residing with the client during scheduled shifts, offering consistent support and companionship. What We're Looking For: Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in New York State Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain Completed drug screen or Habituation Form, or willingness to obtain A compassionate, empathetic nature with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others Key Responsibilities: For Hourly Positions: Provide care and assistance during your scheduled shifts, including personal care tasks, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. For Live-In Positions: Reside with the client, providing round-the-clock care, personal assistance, and companionship. Engage clients in meaningful activities and maintain detailed records of care provided. Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or care team.
