Who we are looking for: An experienced COTA, enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation to neurological population You thrive in a community-based residential setting, and value being a part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team of therapists (this is not a SNF, it is a post-acute residential rehabilitation facility) Make a real impact in a rewarding field providing personalized one-on-one care with an emphasis on community re-entry Qualifications What you will need: Associates degree/Certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current, unrestricted license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Arizona Current CPR Certification and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred About our Line of Business Purposefully Home is based in Scottsdale, AZ and provides therapy staffing services to our partner, Neuro RehabCare, which is a residential rehabilitation facility for individuals who have experienced a brain injury, spinal cord injury or stroke/CVA through accident or illness. Our therapists provide care in the facility and in the community to help individuals regain functional capabilities to ultimately return home and to work.
