Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Casey's General Stores is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information and assistance through the chat platform.- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.- Work independently to manage multiple customer chats simultaneously.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries.- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's high standards of customer service.
