**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring all interactions maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues related to NOV products and services, providing thoughtful solutions and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Information Management:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NOV's products, services, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support database to ensure proper tracking and continuity of service.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, consistently seeking ways to improve and optimize individual performance.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services based on customer interactions.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and stay informed about the latest industry trends and company updates.
- **Innovation:** Contribute to the development of new chat support processes and tools that can lead to increased efficiency and improved customer service experiences.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques is a plus.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is advantageous but not required.
- **Personality Traits:** Must possess a strong sense of independence and an exceptional work ethic, approaching responsibilities with diligence and dedication.
- **Soft Skills:** Effective time management skills to meet deadlines under pressure, along with an innovative mindset capable of generating creative solutions to unique challenges.
