Chef de Cuisine Requirements: Knowledge of high-end luxury ingredients Experience in a Michelin-level restaurant Ability and willingness to be a hands-on leader is a must Min. 5yrs exp as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or Executive Sous Excellent people management skills Formal culinary training or equivalent work experience is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities: Coordinate, plan, and supervise all functions of the restaurant kitchen ensuring outstanding service and culinary perfection. Manage daily culinary operations, including meal preparation, food quality supervision, safety compliance, and cost controls. Supervise restaurant kitchen operations and contribute to menu creation and planning. Execute special dishes and projects as required. Develop team members, providing supervision, scheduling, coaching, and recognition. Select and use high-quality food and beverage products, maintaining standards of excellence in ingredients. Collaborate with Culinary Director and Executive Chef to plan and coordinate food and beverage offerings for client functions.
