POSITION : The project manager is a key position in C2A USA.
A highly skilled millworker or trained in architecture, you will use the knowledge you have of the trade and the industry to manage the projects that are handled to you, from the beginning until the end.
RESPONSABILITIES
PREPARATION
- Attending brief meetings
- Performing the survey of the projects
- Overseeing the shop drawing process
- Managing the schedules with the clients, the Office Manager and the French office
- Preparing the samples and mock-up for validation
- Getting the materials and shop drawing validations by the clients
- Communicating with the French Office during the preparation process
FOLLOW-UP
- Attending the jobsite and coordination meetings
- Being the link between the client and the French workshops
- Answering any request or questions to the clients
- Managing the fabrication, shipping and installation schedules
- Managing the sub-contractors
FINANCE
- Managing the budget of the project
- Buying the needed hardware, tools or services related to the project
- Following the expenses of the project with the Finance & Administrative Officer
Shipping & Installation
- Managing the pricings of the shipping in collaboration with the French office
- Overseeing the shipping, the arrivals and the customs of manufactured goods
- Managing the pricing of the installers
- Collaborating with the installers' manager to organize the installation operations
- Overseeing the installation operations
SALES
- Representing the company on any relevant events, along with the executives
- Keeping impeccable relations with the clients to ensure fidelity
- Building a personal network of clients and partners
