This Chefs Assistant is responsible for the production of high volume, quality diverse cuisines, soups, salads and various Grab and Go selections while using appropriate safe food handling processes and procedures within our Employee Cafeteria.
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife skills Must be flexible and able to work in stressful environment One year food service experience Associate's degree in Culinary Arts preferred Food Handler's Certificate approved by Suffolk County Department of Health preferred Posted Salary Range:
USD $23.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr.
