The Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Regulatory will lead CLEAR's Compliance and Regulatory teams within Legal while working with teams across the company to build products and programs consistent with global laws and regulations.
What youll do: Oversee an effective compliance program per DOJ and SEC guidance, including, e.g., internal investigations and reporting; anti-bribery and anti-corruption program controls and training; and other aspects of doing business with integrity and in accordance with evolving laws and regulations Provide practical legal guidance to the business on regulatory matters locally, nationally and internationally as a subject matter expert on existing and evolving regulatory frameworks, including the ongoing monitoring and tracking of trends, enforcement, and public policy Design and implement effective compliance and regulatory strategies, policies, and procedures to drive company results while meeting legal requirements and customer expectations across all relevant sectors Work closely with Security, Internal Audit and the People team as well as the business to conduct risk assessments, develop and improve the control environment, and build and maintain customer trust Lead CLEAR's Regulatory and Compliance teams while managing and creating strong relationships internally and externally How youll measure success: Documented evidence of an effective compliance program and reporting Delivering innovative and sound strategy and solutions for the business consistent with regulatory frameworks and strengthened relationships with regulators and customers Sought after across the company for providing pragmatic and thoughtful approaches to compliance and regulatory matters What youre great at: 15 years of experience in regulatory law and compliance at a law firm or in-house Working directly with non-lawyers to minimize and resolve issues quickly and effectively Motivated by responsibility and autonomy to solve problems Providing proactive, pragmatic legal counseling to business partners Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative solutions Business communication and analytical skills, as well as a strong sense of ownership and accountability Juris Doctor required How Youll be Rewarded: At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you're at your best, we're at our best.

The base salary range for this role is $300,000 - $330,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position.
Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
