Chief Executive Officer Thrive is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to replace our retiring CEO of 20 years. We are seeking someone who has strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a heart for building relationships with partners, donors, and other constituents. Eligible candidates must have a visionary approach with which to carry the ministry forward into the next season, along with fundraising skills and an awareness of and sensitivity to multi-cultural concerns and current trends in missions. Time spent working cross-culturally is a plus, as is experience with non-profit ministry.

The Hiring Process:

Phase one: Receive candidate applications. Complete a brief questionnaire.
Phase two: Selected candidates will be asked to fill out a more in-depth CEO Questionnaire and provide references.
February 28th, 2025 round one of candidate applications closes.
Phase three: Selected candidates will have an initial Zoom interview with our Search Committee. We strongly encourage you to bring any questions you have to ask our team. You're interviewing us as much as we're interviewing you. Multiple interviews might take place during this phase.
Phase four: In-person interview with members our Board and Meet & Greet with our staff.
Organization Description: Thrive is a nonprofit Christian organization located in west Denver. Our mission is to replenish women ministering overseas. We offer numerous resources including an in-person retreat ministry (two international and one US-based retreat each year), a 4-day virtual Gather event each spring, one-on-one relationships to assist in setting and accomplishing goals and nurturing spiritual growth, an online community hosting a variety of electronic publications designed to meet the specific needs of women serving overseas, and an advocacy focus that engages and educates individuals, churches, and agencies to be equipped and empowered to proactively meet the needs of global women.
