The Position The CEO is responsible to the Board of Directors for the overall and day-to-day management of all aspects of Community Hospice & Health Services, CHI Management, Inc., and Community Hospice & Health Services Foundation. Responsibilities include Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, clinical compliance, financial reporting, audits, integrity of all financial transactions, philanthropy activities and fund development, and human resource management. The CEO has the authority for selection, removal, and supervision of all employees of the organizations. The CEO is also responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic plans and objectives, effective collaboration with Board members, and assisting with Board governance and recruitment.
