Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Governance: Develop and execute long-term strategies in collaboration with the board and leadership. Ensure effective governance and compliance.Leadership & Communication: Foster a strong organizational culture amongst all physicians/CRNAs, and administrative staff. Provide clear direction and lead cross-functional teams toward shared goals.Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial planning and investment strategies of OAG. Manage budgets, benefit plans, investments, and financial operations to steer OAG toward short- and long-term goals.Contract Management: Lead negotiations with facility partners (hospitals and ASCs), insurance payers, and vendors to secure agreements that meet business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.Operational Oversight: Work closely with department heads to provide hands-on oversight of administrative functions in support of all essential operations of OAG, including Human Resources, Finance, Revenue, Compliance, and Business Intelligence.Your New Organization: Oregon Anesthesiology Group (OAG) is a physician-owned and led practice known for its excellence in anesthesia care and perioperative medicine.
