About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in financial management, particularly in a private equity-backed manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a similar industry, a robust operational and strategic skill set, and a proven track record of success in managing the financial aspects of at least 1-2 private equity transactions.
The CFO will be a key strategic partner, responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as driving operational and financial performance to support the company's growth objectives.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and a professional certification such as a CPA or CFA is highly preferred.
The role requires a leader with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team, ensure strong internal controls, and optimize the company's capital structure.
Experience in M&A, capital raising, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape within the industry are essential.
The CFO will also be involved in presenting financial data to the board and external stakeholders, so excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
